Payment methods accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
For those who preffer losing out on the benefits and security provided by Paypal, we offer COD (Cash On Delivery) for RO residents, a service offered by Posta Romana. In order to use this feature, e-mail us in advance at info@saveorcancel.tv.

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Buying: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store (the only requirement is that you do own a credit or debit card, otherwise please write us about COD).
- Shipping: What are the shipping options?
We currently ship out all orders through regular signed-for mail, as provided by Posta Romana.
If this is incovenient for you, we can arrange for a different shipping method, provided you e-mail us (info@saveorcancel.tv) before placing an order.
- Shipping: How long will it take for an order to arrive?
Items are located in and sent from: Bucharest, Romania.
Romania: It will normally take 3 to 5 business days for the package to arrive.
International: It will normally take 7 to 14 business days for the package to arrive.
- Shipping: How to go about if a package fails to make its appearance?
Save or Cancel commits to refund the full amount paid by the customer if a package will not reach its destination within 30 business days, only after making the regular inquiries at the postal office. In the case of this unfortunate event, please let us know by sending an e-mail to info@saveorcancel.tv & also include the PayPal *transaction unique ID. All claims will be handled within 10 business days from the date they reached us.

Save or Cancel takes no responsability for possible taxes or other actions taken by customs.Customs' actions are specific and different in each country.
The buyer is responsible for customs fees.
Good news is that EU has no borders, thus no customs regulations.
ACHTUNG: the packages sent out will be marked as "gift", unless otherwise instructed by the customer through e-mail or PayPal's "note to seller".
- Returns: What are the terms for returns?
ACHTUNG: Due to the nature of the products (handmade or very limited editions), slight variations are considered a desired effect.
The items may be returned for an *almost full refund within 30 days of delivery only if:
- we misrepresented the products;
- the customer is for any reason unsatisfied with the product;
- the customer states its intentions, by the aid of an e-mail (info@saveorcancel.tv), within 5 days of delivery;
- the package is sent back through trackable mail, at buyer's expense.
